The Next Fashion Generation
Yesterday night it was Iris Van Herpen – Transforming Fashion. We did see the poster and it looked interesting. But we did not expect what we saw at all.
PostAdAstra 2018
I’ve met with old friends and made new ones. I moderated a few panels which as always went in any other direction that the one I planned, but were delightfully surprising because of that.
Hope to See You at AdAstra
This weekend I’ll be attending AdAstra in Toronto, or better said in Richmond Hill. You can find me:

Saturday (July 14th) at 11 AM moderating the panel WTF (Where’s the Food?)
Sunday (July 15th) at 12 PM moderating the panel Alien Worlds – how much is too much?
The Legend of the Mighty Beaver – Episode 2
The Orange Mall was the central piece of the Orange Kingdom’s royal citadel. A wide sprawl of asphalt along a water canal. At its southern end was the Orange Pallagorium (formerly called Pallatolium) and at its northern end, it was the Wallus, a Border Wall Memorial. A controversial piece of… w-art.
The Legend of the Mighty Beaver – Episode 1
The Mighty Beaver looked like a regular beaver, the way they used to look back in the days. Despite his looks, he was Mighty with capital M! No one knew what made him Mighty. It was the best-kept secret. People called him Embee to hide his magic nature.
We Remembered Our Anniversary
We remembered our spring anniversary. I say spring because like all normal couples we have two wedding anniversaries every year—a spring one and an autumn one.
Aga Khan Museum
Besides Aga Khan’s permanent exhibition, they also have temporary ones with artifacts borrowed from other museums from around the world. So, pastries and temporary exhibitions – great return value! 🙂
RecipeArium at George Brown College
On June 5th I had the great pleasure to talk about RecipeArium and Absolutism in front of Nina Munteanu’s students in her Science Fiction Writing class at George Brown College.
I loved the atmosphere, lots of questions and practically the fact that it ended up being a real discussion, not just a speech.
