The second edition of ToRo Fest has come and gone. It had high moments and low moments, but overall, it’s been a great experience. Not your usual North American literary convention. One could feel the Eastern European spirit. A certain flavor I’ve only tasted back in Romania and some friends assured me it’s not only Romanian but Eastern European.
